These terms and conditions (Ts & Cs) apply to any of the services listed below including training, coaching, workshops, lectures and both online and in-person therapy/coaching sessions. They also apply to the use of this website www.karolinloven.com. Please also read the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

These terms and conditions are applicable, and by purchasing and booking any sessions or programs you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you are unable to or do not agree to these terms and conditions, then you should not book any sessions, purchase any services or continue to browse this website. If you have any questions about the terms and conditions please email support@karolinloven.com and we will happily answer them.

Terms and Conditions for Rapid Transformation Therapy® (RTT) Sessions

Payments for sessions

Rapid Transformational Therapy ® (RTT) sessions must be paid for in advance, preferably at the time of booking but at the latest 48 hours before the session. A payment link will be sent to you and the platform used is Stripe if you live outside Sweden. Otherwise if you live in Sweden, you will be given the bank account number or “bankgiro” of Loven Your Life AB. Stripe’s terms and conditions are applicable to the actual transaction. If you have agreed upon a payment plan, you automatically agree to follow the dates and times for the payments.

Loven Your Life AB will add VAT to the services in accordance with Swedish VAT laws and regulations. A percentage equivalent to the transaction fees charged by Stripe or any bank for transferring the money and allowing the transaction to take place will be added to the price of the session. The VAT in Sweden is 25% of any service.

Changes to session times/cancellations and “no-shows”

All cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% (of the session’s full price) cancellation fee. If a cancellation is done more than 48 hours before the session the payment will be refunded to you. There might be a difference in the exact amount refunded due to current exchange rates and minor fees by the bank or Stripe for transferring money between countries. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, it will be subject to calendar availability.
Make sure to show up in time for the session or any other booked appointments. If you are more than 10 min late to a session, Karolin Lovén is entitled to decide if the session should be rescheduled or if it is considered to be a cancellation and hence 50% of the cancellation payment is applicable. If a force majeure or something similar occurs, the session will be rescheduled without any additional fees due as soon as both parties have a mutual time available to reschedule.

If you show up to a session or any other call with Karolin Lovén or any of her team members under any influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those prescribed by your doctor, or demonstrate abusive or violent behaviour, Karolin Lovén or any other person on her team reserves the right to cancel the session and refuse any further hypnotherapy or coaching. No refunds will be given in these cases.

Results vary from person to person

Despite the incredible results and testimonials from many clients RTT® alone does not offer any guarantee of success.

The testimonials available are the views and experiences of some of Karolin Lovén and Loven Your Life AB’s clients. It cannot be guaranteed that you will have the exact same results as other clients as the results vary from person to person and over time.

Often a single RTT® hypnotherapy session is all that is required to achieve incredible results for the primary problem that the client has chosen to work on. However, some problems are more deeply programmed in the subconscious mind and clients may need more than one session to resolve it in order to become free of the current issue that is limiting their lives in one way or another.

The following is essential to ensure great results with RTT ®:

The client must truly WANT to change and be open to hypnotherapy and personal growth. On a scale of 1-10 where 10 represents a 100% dedication to wanting to change, you should be at a minimum of 8 to get great results and for Karolin Lovén to work with you. The motivation to change and to commit to doing the work and listening to the self-hypnosis recording daily for a minimum of 30 days after the RTT® session, are crucial to achieving the desired outcome. The client must be willing to fully participate, the instructions and homework need to be worked through thoroughly and the recommendations of Karolin Lovén must be fully implemented to get the results you want.

There are three types of change from RTT ®. Every person is different and has different starting points hence experience and notice the changes differently:

Immediate: You feel an immediate, massive shift in your physiology, thoughts and emotions during the course of the session.
Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time in your thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life. Most commonly, you will feel surprised by your awareness that you no longer do the things you used to do.

More about RTT® hypnotherapy:

RTT® hypnotherapy is entirely natural and relaxing. During the session, clients remain conscious and in complete control, and it can be stopped at any time if the client wishes so. Hypnosis is simply a state of deep relaxation.

The client is usually invited to go back to their early memories and events to help discover the root cause of their issue in order to gain an understanding of where the belief/behaviour/pain/trauma originated.

The purpose of the session is to unlock the emotions and energy related to these events and to look at them so they can be understood. We then focus on reframing the limiting beliefs related to the event and erasing the blockages from the past with the intention to change the beliefs to something more powerful and freeing.

Karolin Lovén does not offer any guarantee of success. However the RTT® method is an award-winning methodology that is extremely efficient and powerful, however, every person and every person’s life experiences are different as well as their motivation (both consciously and subconsciously) to change. All these factors matter and affect the level of results. The client must be willing to fully participate in the session and listen to the personalized transformational recording every day for at least 30 days.

RTT® is not a replacement for doctor treatments, traditional therapy or treatment provided by a psychologist or psychiatrist. If you are epileptic or suffer from a psychotic illness, including multiple personality disorder or bipolar disorder, it is not recommended that you undergo hypnotherapy.

If you are under any medical care for ANY condition, DO NOT make any adjustments to any prescribed medication without the approval of your treating medical practitioner. If you are in any doubt, you should contact your treating medical practitioner before participating in any form of hypnotherapy.

By booking your RTT® session, you consent to Karolin Lovén releasing your information to a specified individual or agency if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused; or if you, as a client, are an imminent danger to yourself or others.

By booking your RTT® session, you give full permission for Karolin Lovén to hypnotise you and to use Rapid Transformational Therapy® with the knowledge that you do so at your own responsibility and risk. You accept that while Rapid Transformational Therapy® has a high success rate for most issues to be improved within 1-3 sessions, Karolin Lovén does not and cannot guarantee any results, since your personal success depends on many factors Lovén Your Life AB or Karolin Lovén cannot control, including the willingness and desire to affect the changes inside of you. You release Karolin Lovén from any liability or claims concerning your mental and/or physical well-being during, after or following the RTT® treatment or participating in Elite Mentorship Forum. If any claims are made, the Swedish law and Swedish court system will be handling them. You are responsible for taking action at all times toward your emotional, mental and physical health and well-being.

Karolin Lovén is not a licensed psychologist or medical practitioner. Karolin Lovén is a Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT) practitioner and a certified Hypnotherapist. The information, techniques, methods, recommendations and materials produced by Karolin Lovén and her staff are provided as an information resource only and are not to be used or relied on for any medical diagnostic or treatment purposes. Intellectual property

All material shared by Lovén Your Life AB or any of Karolin Lovén’s team members is subject to copyright material either by Karolin Lovén/ Loven Your Life AB or her cooperation partners, Peter Sage or Marisa Peer, and must not be shared with anyone.

Confidentiality

Loven Your Life AB (Ltd) may release information to a specific individual or agency if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused; if you, as a client, are in imminent danger to yourself or others; or if a subpoena of records has been requested.

You understand and give your consent that Loven Your Life AB (Ltd), as Karolin Lovén, may discuss aspects of your case (anonymously and in a manner that cannot reveal your identity) with other colleagues and clients, or on her various social and networking platforms as anonymous case studies, keeping your full name & identity completely confidential, unless given permission for the latter.

During working with Karolin Lovén or her team, you give Loven Your Life AB, her team and Karolin Lovén permission to make contact via email or mobile phone. You will be invited to join her social media platforms and have free rein to opt-in or out as you wish.

If you have an urgent query or are at risk of harm, please contact your GP (doctor) or any other appropriate health or mental care services first. This is important since Karolin Lovén and her team are only able to answer queries during work hours and may not be available to answer any forms of communication or give a quick response should she be in a treatment with another client. If you have got Karolin Lovén’s or any of her team member’s phone numbers, please respect the different time zones and make contact during relevant working hours only.

The “Lovén Your Life” EMF Program

The participant who signs up for EMF has agreed to participate in the Elite Mentorship Forum (EMF), which is a 6+ month personal transformation programme (referred to throughout these terms and conditions as the “Program”). Participants are also referred to as “EMF members”. Karolin Lovén is referred to as the “facilitator or trainer”. Loven Your Life AB is referred to as the “Company”. A community manager is someone who might facilitate the calls throughout EMF and be assisting Karolin Lovén and the EMF Members in their transformation journey. The community manager is either an EMF graduate or a certified Elite Mentorship Trainer (referred to as EMT).

Delivery of service and duration of the Program

Elite Mentorship Forum is a personal development program created by Peter Sage and Karolin Lovén is the trainer and ad on her own training and experience on live calls through 6 months. The Elite Mentorship Forum (EMF) is a 6-month program that invites you to incredible shifts and change in your life that will continue after the program. You get a handbook of how to deal with life. The results in EMF or EMF-Lite are dependent on your own effort you put in to the program.

Unless agreed otherwise, the EMF Program will be delivered by way of online modules containing various video material, reading material and written exercises. This is released every two weeks and supported by a live group call delivered each week via video conferencing.

The Program consists of 13 online modules lasting two weeks each, except for Module 1 which lasts 3 weeks. These are supported by weekly live, in-depth discussion calls (Q&A and community calls). The number of modules may vary slightly as the content is updated. The total number of both weeks and calls for the EMF program is 27. Each online module has 2 live calls, Q&As and a community call.

Calls will alternate each week between a Q&A call with the trainer and a community call, led by the EMT, Karolin Lovén. There will occasionally be an additional call with a specialized community manager at suitable times during the EMF journey.

All calls will be recorded and are available to watch as replays at any time and at your convenience. To clarify, Peter Sage is the teacher on the online course and Karolin Lovén’s role is to facilitate your transformation journey as your trainer throughout the 6 months Program.

Each group call will last approximately one hour, although this may be shorter or longer based on the number of questions or engagement from the EMF Members. Call times will aim to be scheduled at the same time each week. However, a degree of flexibility may be required on the side of the participant. Calls will be recorded and made available shortly afterward for participants unable to attend the call. The Programme start date is to be finalized in due course.

After fully graduating from the EMF Program, you will be transferred to the Alumni EMF group and the Peter Sage team and will have access to masterclasses, a huge global network of all EMF graduates and invitations to any EMF festivals and events that take place. The Peter Sage team will be responsible for any technical support in signing you into the Alumni group and is responsible for all invitations to events after graduation.

Ownership and copyright

You understand that all materials, concepts, and information (collectively “materials”) presented by Peter Sage in the online modules and by the trainer/facilitator or community managers during the group calls, either orally or in writing, are the intellectual property of Peter Sage or Karolin Lovén/Loven Your Life AB, and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws. You acknowledge that the materials constitute the commercially valuable, proprietary, confidential, and intellectual property of Peter Sage and Karolin Lovén, the design and development of which required the investment of substantial effort, time, and money.

Use of materials

All rights to the Program and materials are expressly reserved by Peter Sage or Karolin Lovén. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or otherwise duplicate, and not to distribute, lend, or otherwise transfer, the materials without the prior written permission of Peter Sage or Karolin Lovén. You also agree not to use the materials in any way that would compromise the confidential and proprietary nature of the materials.

All parties (Loven Your Life AB, Karolin Lovén, Peter Sage Team and the participant in “Lovén Your Life” EMF) agree to keep in strictest confidence any and all information provided or received from one to the other, which may be deemed confidential, personal and/or proprietary in nature. This also applies to other participants in the Program who may at times also choose to disclose personal and/or sensitive information. Any terms and conditions of any existing Non-Disclosure Agreement between the parties shall remain applicable to and considered part of these terms and conditions.

As soon as a minimum of 1000 USD has been paid, the enrolment of the participant will take place on the online course platform. A link will be sent out to the relevant email obtained by Loven Your Life AB or any of the team members so that a password can be chosen, and the EMF Program can be activated. The sign-in link is valid for 7 days and the participant will have to choose a password to log in. The second you have logged in, you will gain access to the pre-study course with 11 straight talks, and your transformation can start from day 1.

Module 1 will be released when the first kick-off call takes place involving the group of participants who have signed up for the same EMF start date.

Indemnification

The Participant agrees to hold Peter Sage, Karolin Lovén and any agent or representative of Peter Sage or Karolin Lovén harmless from any costs or liabilities incurred as a result of the participant’s actions or implementation of information delivered, accepted or gained from interaction with agents or representatives of Peter Sage or Karolin Lovén. This clause shall survive the termination of Loven Your Life AB or Karolin Lovén in person. EMF members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peter Sage, Karolin Lovén and its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, representatives and assignees from any and all claims, demands, suits, expenses, costs, attorneys’ fees, judgments or other charges incurred by following the advice of the Programme or other activity associated with this website.

Enforcement

In the event that any part or section of these terms and conditions is ruled invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such provision shall be deleted from any signed contract or these terms and conditions and replaced by a valid enforceable provision, which achieves the parties’ provision intent, and the remaining provisions of the relationships and any signed contract shall continue in full force and effect.

Jurisdiction and disagreement

In the event of a disagreement that cannot be resolved between the Client/Participant in EMF and the Company, both Parties agree to binding expeditious arbitration in accordance with SCC Rules and it will take place in Sweden.

Payments

The EMF Program must be paid in advance, a minimum of one week before the start date and the first kick-off call takes place. The EMF Program’s price is always in dollars (USD) and hence the price may vary depending on which country you live in. A payment link will be sent to you and the platform used is Stripe. The most common way of paying is via credit card using the Stripe platform, but a bank transfer can be arranged on request and the necessary banking information will be given to you.

If you have agreed upon a payment plan, you automatically agree to follow the dates and times for each payment. It is mandatory to pay a minimum amount of 1000 dollars (USD) one week before the start date and the first kick-off call takes place. This will guarantee your participation in EMF.

Cancellation, refunds and money-back guarantee

The Participant may cancel a transaction without penalty or obligation by submitting to the Company, a signed and dated written notice prior to midnight [UK/BST time] of the 14th day after the date of signing up and purchase of the Program has taken place. If the whole sum for EMF was not paid at once, and a payment plan has been agreed upon, these rules apply to the first payment made when enrolling into the EMF Program.

The Participant may also cancel this transaction without penalty or obligation by sending an email to support@karolinloven.com prior to midnight [UK/BST time] of the 14^th day after the date of enrolment requesting cancellation. Cancellation after the 14th day shall result in the forfeiture to the Company of all funds paid.

If the Participant has a circumstance that disables them from starting the “Lovén Your Life “EMF Program as planned, they can opt to begin the next scheduled EMF Program with Karolin Lovén rather than canceling their participation in the Program. The best possible option will be discussed between the two relevant parties.

If a Participant, after Phase 1 of the total 3 Phases of EMF, has not experienced or started to notice any shifts in their awareness in relation to the issue and reason the person signed up for EMF or in themselves as a person, the Participant can request a full refund. This is only valid if the Participant has attended calls, completed all lessons and modules released by that time, and participated in the weekly calls with their accountability buddy. To request a full refund, book a call and discussion with your trainer, Karolin Lovén. If the above-mentioned requirements have not been met, a discussion will take place on how to move forward or a partial refund may be considered. Please note that the trainer is able to follow the student’s engagement and progress in the program at all times, and the statistics of the course portal will be used in determining the size of- and if the Participant is entitled to a full refund.

The Company may terminate the participation of a participant in “Lovén Your Life” EMF at any time during the 27 week long course, at the Company’s discretion. This will take place if the Participant conducts him/herself in any way that is inconsistent with the standards or purposes of the EMF Program. If the Company elects to terminate its service during the EMF Program, then the Company, at its sole discretion, may choose to refund a proportionally/pro-rata portion of the participation fee, less the value of the product and services received, depending on the circumstances.

The EMF Program does not tolerate the use of drugs or any other substances. Any calls entered into with Karolin Lovén, her team members at Loven Your Life AB or any other EMF students; or the submission of emails, SMS text messages, voice notes or any other form of communication that take place under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those prescribed by your doctor; or if you demonstrate inappropriate, abusive or violent behaviour, Karolin Lovén or any of her team members reserve the right to cancel your participation in the EMF program and to refuse any further form of coaching or mentoring. This cancellation also disables you from requesting any refunds.

If there are less than 10 people signed up for the EMF Program and this is still the case when the first kick-off call is scheduled, Loven Your Life AB and Karolin Lovén own the right to postpone the course start date until the quota of 10 participants has been achieved. Your peer group is a big part of the support and quality of experience received through EMF, and a minimum of 10 participants is required in order to enhance your individual experience on this transformation journey.

Your trainer decides whether or you are entitled to graduate “Lovén Your Life” EMF and get transferred into Peter Sage’s administrated and managed EMF Alumni group. The decision is based on each Participant’s engagement and involvement throughout the program, and the statistics available through the online course platform showing how the student has progressed with each module. If necessary, a dialogue may take place between the trainer and the participant to discuss any decision and bring about greater clarity based on the available facts.

The EMF Lite Program is an online course that can be done at any time and at the participant’s own pace. It comprises 450 minutes of total content.

The EMF Lite experience includes parts of two of the most effective modules from the foundational Phase 1 of the three-phase EMF program: Wealth & Abundance, and Mastering Emotions.

Occasionally and after a dialogue with Loven Your Life AB or any of the team members working with Karolin Lovén, a payment plan might be applicable. If you have agreed upon a payment plan, you automatically agree to follow the dates and times for each payment. The standard plan is a minimum of payment of 50% upfront for the program.

Indemnification

The Participant agrees to hold Peter Sage, Karolin Lovén and any agent or representative of Peter Sage or Karolin Lovén harmless from any costs or liabilities incurred as a result of the participant’s actions or implementation of information delivered, accepted or gained from interaction with agents or representatives of Peter Sage or Karolin Lovén. This clause shall survive the termination of Loven Your Life AB or Karolin Lovén in person. EMF Lite members (a participant who has signed up for the EMF Lite course) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peter Sage, Karolin Lovén and its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, representatives, and assignees from any and all claims, demands, suits, expenses, costs, attorneys’ fees, judgments or other charges incurred by following the advice of the EMF Lite Program or other activity associated with this website.
